Syntactics, Inc. Holds “Ice and Fire” Themed Annual Awards Night & Christmas Party
January 6, 2014 – Cagayan de Oro, Philippines – Syntactics, Inc. – held its annual Christmas Party with great food, music and fun filled activities at Marco Hotel, Cagayan de Oro City last December 21, 2013.
As part of its annual tradition, Syntactics, Inc. has once again celebrated the Yuletide season and the birth of Jesus Christ through fellowship, gift giving and entertaining presentations. The party was attended by dashing and glamorous employees, friends, family, guests and visitors. The night was filled with music, laughter and activities that everyone really enjoyed. The party was started with an inspiring speech by COO, Wilfredo P. Kaamino, Jr.
As a bonus for this year’s celebration, the committee added presentations from professional fire dancers, magicians and flare bartenders which made the kids sat in awe and glee!
A Syntactics year-ender party would not be complete without the exciting activities and final friendly competition between the red, yellow and blue teams for the year. Below are the major activities that have been presented by each team-color that night in line with this year’s Christmas Party tagline: “A Year we Aspire, A night to inspire with Ice and Fire”.

Aside from the activities that brought joy and smile to everyone that night, one major highlight of the event was the annual awarding of deserving employees. Those employees who have rendered outstanding services to the company for the year 2013 were given due recognition for their hard work that contributed much to the company’s success for this year.

Syntactics, Inc.’s annual Christmas Party aims to provide a memorable celebration among the employees. Moreover, it creates an opportunity for employees’ family members to be with the rest of the team during the Yuletide season.
It is also the company’s way of giving credits to the most outstanding team and/or team members during the year and most of all to reminisce what a great year 2013 has been!
“The committee made sure that the year-end party would actually end the year with a blast. I am happy that everyone in the group responded very well. Everybody made sure that their assigned tasks were done with precision and quality, which I believe was actually seen during the event proper. Nonetheless, all the efforts made by the committee was worth it since we generally got a positive feedback from the guests, the management and the employees as well. On top of that, I believe our objective was achieved,”
said Carl Bryan Pontillas, the Head of Christmas Party Committee 2013.
To cap off the night, CEO Stephanie P. Caragos gave the closing remarks by thanking the team members, officers and family members for the year that has passed as well as congratulating the party committee for an excellent job in the preparation and execution of the activity.
